Currently, orders placed on-line are shipped via UPS Ground only to addresses within the continental United States, excluding PO Boxes and APO addresses. Cost of shipping calculations are based on weight and destination. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and actual shipping may take between 2-7 business days depending upon destination. Some oversized items may require additional handling charges as per UPS’s pricing policies, and in such cases the additional cost will be made clear along with the item’s description.

As we are always looking to satisfy our customers as completely as possible, Kids Stop understands that our on-line shipping policy might not always be adequate, and so we are more than willing to try and accommodate special shipping requests. For special shipping requests please use the contact information located on the Contact Us page. If you are contacting us via email, please type “Shipping Request” in the subject or first line of the message. Additional costs will have to be verified and agreed to before we can process special orders.

Returns

Items purchased from Kids Stop are easily returned within 30 days of the invoice date by requesting a Return Authorization via our Contact Us page. If you are contacting us by way of email, please type “Return Authorization Request” in the subject or first line of the message. If the reason for return is due to an error in filling your order, or if the product is defective we will assume postage, otherwise we will not. Some items are not able to be accepted as returns, including:
  • Any item that we do not receive a request for a Return Authorization within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition.
  • Direct Ship items (that come directly from the manufacturer and should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any item that is covered by the manufacture warranty and is defective in accordance to the manufacturer warranty.
After the return has been received and inspected, the item(s) will be replaced or you will be refunded for what you were charged for the item(s) returned.
